Neck Acne – Of All The Places!
Do you have neck acne? Of all the places to get it, why the neck? It’s even more embarrassing if you happen to be sitting in class and know that people behind you are able to see it throughout the day. So how do you get rid of it from there? Well, pretty much the same way you’d get rid of it anywhere else! Here are a few solutions:
1. Neem Oil
One way to get rid of neck acne is with neem oil. This has been used for many years due to it’s anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties. This oil comes from an evergreen tree that is found in India and Myanmar and it has been used for not only acne but also eczema, psoriasis and cold sores. All you need to do is mix a tablespoon of it with ½ cup of olive oil and apply that to the neck with a cotton ball.
2. Baking Soda
Another thing you can try is to use baking soda as an exfoliant. Just wet the back of your neck and rub some baking soda on there. Work it in and scrub for a good minute or two then wash it off. Keep this up long enough and you’ll open the pores and allow for the acne to heal much faster.
3. Lemon Juice
After trying the baking soda technique, you can try adding some lemon juice to kill off the bacteria in the open pores. The citric acid in the juice is what does the killing, rub it on and let it dry.
Now if you really want to get rid of neck acne permanently, you could look into an oral medication which regulates your hormonal levels. When acne arises, it’s due to hormonal imbalances, by managing this, you can prevent future outbreaks from occurring. To learn more about how you can benefit from this treatment, click here.
