1.    Keep Your Hair Short

2.     Oats + Apple Sauce + Salt + Vinegar + Milk + Vegetable Oil

Quite a list of ingredients, but if you can get all of the above and mix them together in a bowl, you’ll have a powerful acne fighting paste.  Make sure not to add too much milk, you want the consistency to be that of a paste, you don’t want it too runny.

3.     Supplement With A Multivitamin

You want to make sure you’re getting a lot of vitamin A, C, B12, B4, magnesium, selenium and vitamin E.  All of these help with the renewal of your skin cells so make sure you are supplementing with a quality multivitamin that has all of the above.
