How To Prevent Acne

Want to know how to prevent acne?  There are many things we do each day which only make the situation worse, if we can only learn what those things are and stop doing them, we’d have far fewer breakouts.  So if you want to keep your skin clear make sure you keep these tips in mind:

1.    Change Your Bed Sheets

One way how to prevent acne is to change your bed linen frequently.  It’s been suggested that you change it every single day because oil and bacteria from your face gather up on the sheets, but that can be difficult.  At the very least though, change them twice a week.

2.     Drink Tons Of Water

I’m talking drinking water so much that you’re heading to the bathroom once every hour!  The more water you get in your body, the more readily your body can flush toxins and impurities out of your skin.  The usual recommendation is 8 glasses of water a day, drink more than this.  If you’ve ever lifted weights before you must know that the recommended water intake is 1 gallon a day, try and hit that mark instead.

3.     No Touchy Touchy!

Stop touching your face!  I know sometimes you just do it unconsciously, but the more you touch your face, the more you introduce bacteria to clog up your pores.  When you touch objects throughout the day, bacteria is transferred onto your hands, don’t make your acne worse by moving that bacteria onto your face.

If you’re really serious about finding out how to prevent acne, one of the best ways is by fighting the acne from the inside with pills that help you regulate your hormones.  There is an all natural pill you can take which helps you do this and seeing as how acne is caused by hormonal imbalance, once that stops happening, you stop breaking out.  To learn more about this treatment, click here for more information…
