How To Get Rid Of Pimples

Want to know how to get rid of pimples?  They just keep popping up non-stop like a plague and it almost seems like there is no cure for it at times.  The thing is there are people who have been able to control their outbreaks and manage their existing acne using various all natural methods.  Now to duplicate this success you’re going to have to try out a whole bunch of tactics because not everything works 100% for every acne sufferer.  So here are a few solutions to start off with:

1.    Get An Antibacterial Soap

Sometimes the best way how to get rid of pimples is just by prevention.  Using an antibacterial soap will help to kill off acne causing bacteria and limit your outbreaks.  Another tip is to keep your hands off of your face, if you touch your face too much you are helping to transmit bacteria and oils which can get into your pores and stir up trouble.

2.    Basil

Pickup some dried basil leaves and brew 2-3 teaspoons of it in a cup of boiling water for 20 minutes.  Once that has cooled down to room temperature, use a cotton ball to soak up the concoction and apply that to the affected area.

3.    Grapefruit Seed Extract

Pick this stuff up at your local health food store.  It works as a disinfectant and anti-bacterial agent.  Just  apply a few drops to a cotton ball and apply that to the affected areas 2-3 times a day.  If you find that you run out of the extract too fast doing that, you can also try diluting it in some water so that it lasts a bit longer.

So if none of these methods were successful in showing you how to get rid of pimples, there is another solution which tackles the problem at it’s source.  It’s an acne fighting cream and a pill which helps to regulate your hormones and prevent future breakouts.  It’s the only solution out there that tackles the problem on both of these fronts.  They currently have a limited 2 free bottle promotion going on.  To learn how you can take advantage of that click here for more information.
