Got Skin Pimples? Here’s What You Need To Do.
Want to get rid of your skin pimples? Those nasty pimples that pop up all over and make social situations all the more awkward, can’t they take a hint? It’s frustrating, but there are ways to handle it other than store bought medications. Here are a few natural remedies to try out:
1. Soap
Yup, one way to treat skin pimples is with soap. Don’t just use any soap though, some have found Dove or Oil Of Olay works well for them. If you can find it, try getting a tea tree oil soap as that will probably work even better as it has anti-bacterial properties.
2. Vitamin A
Supplementing your diet with vitamin A will help promote healthy skin. Vitamin A will help keep your skin healthy and radiant and it’s not just for acne, but it also helps to keep skin cancer at bay. Don’t overdose on this though as too much can lead to some health issues. Now if you’re looking to get more vitamin A from your foods, some good sources are romaine lettuce, leafy greens, carrots and sweet potatoes.
3. Potatoes
Thought I’d mention this while we’re on the topic of potatoes. Get yourself a white potato and cut it in half, rub the inside portion over your pimples and leave it on for about 5-10 minutes. This will help with the swelling, redness and help to heal your pimples. It’s best to do this at night right before bed, wash off any excess potato on your face when you wake up the next day.
Now if none of these techniques treats your skin pimples well enough, there is another solution which gets to the root of the problem.
