Get Rid Of Those Blasted Acne Pimples!

Want to get rid of those blasted acne pimples?  You know they’re really getting on your nerves when you start describing them with synonyms.  Well, there are plenty of ways to get rid of these zit-imples you just need to keep searching and keep trying different methods until you happen across one that does the trick.  Here are some for you to try out:

1.    Eat Properly

One way to get those acne pimples out of the way is with a proper diet.  Studies have shown that there is a link between acne and the food you eat.  If you eat a lot of junk food, foods which are high in saturated fats or foods loaded with sugar, you’re going to be much more likely to have an outbreak.  Keep things healthy by eating more of the following foods:

For your carbs eat more: Oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, yams, veggies, beans

For your protein, eat more: chicken, fish, lean beef, turkey, shrimp, cottage cheese, skim milk

And for the HEALTHY fats, take in: Almonds, walnuts, pecans, peanuts (and any other kind of nut)

2.    Make Use Of Hot And Cold

Compresses that is.  You can either put a heated pack up against your acne to loosen up the pores to make unclogging them a lot easier, or you can apply an ice pack to bring down the swelling.

3.    Alum

Strange name, but this remedy can be picked up in a block, pencil or as a powder from the spices aisle of your supermarket.  This is a white powder that works well on both acne as well as canker sores.
