Acne Pimple? Here’s How To Deal With Them
Got an acne pimple that’s popped up out of nowhere? You know something is bugging you when you describe it with a synonym, it’s like saying Zit-imple. But anyway, if you’ve got some annoying pimples popping up, I’ve got some solutions here for you to try out:
1. Lavender + Strawberry Leaf Facial Steam
One way to fight back against that unwelcome acne pimple is with a lavender facial. Simply boil a pot of water and place some lavender flowers and/or strawberry leaves into it. Next, cover the back of your head with a towel and lean over the bowl, using the towel to ensure all the steam hits your face. Stay there for about 10 minutes and allow the steam to open and cleanse your pores. When done, wash your face and apply a benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid product.
2. Strawberries
Another solution is to simply crush up some strawberries and apply that to your face to work it’s magic. The reason this works is because strawberries also contain some salicylic acid except this is a much more natural way of going about fighting the acne.
3. Milk Of Magnesia
With this solution, simply wet a cotton ball with the milk of magnesia then apply it to the face right before bed.
4. Secret Concoction
Well, it’s not so secret because you’re going to know how to make it Simply add oats, apple sauce, salt, vinegar vegetable oil and milk to a bowl and mix it all together. Make sure that in the end what you have is something that is a paste. Then, simply apply the paste to your face and let it do it’s thing.
Now if you’ve still got an acne pimple hanging around after all this or you’re just looking for a more permanent solution, one thing to try is an internal medication that regulates your hormones. Acne comes about when your hormones are out of balance, therefore if you are able to stabilize them with a pill, you can prevent all future breakouts. Click here to learn more about how this works.
